Shipping Policy

Covid-19 Delays:

Our goal is to fulfill orders within our usual timeframes. However, delivery times are dependent on the capabilities of our delivery partners as well as any government’s recommendations or regulations towards self-isolation. We are a global marketplace, and it is possible that delays in Europe could impact delivery times to the United States and the Caribbean.

Product Availability:

95% of the products listed on our website are currently in stock in Barbados. In an event the item is not available, we will have it ship directly to us from our overseas suppliers. Please be patient as your order may take 7-14 days to arrive.

 

Barbados:

We offer same day delivery! your order must be placed on our website before 8am for same day delivery. All orders placed after 8am will go out for delivery the following day of business.

Rest of the world:

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 15-21 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at up.scale.londonuk@gmail.com
